Shipping
Once your order is received, please allow 48-72 business hours for order processing and 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped. At this time, we only ship to the 50 US states and Washington D.C.
Returns
We want you to love your EYOS gear as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery (as postmarked). All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For backpacks specifically, water bladders must remain sealed in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including return labels. Once our team inspects and approves your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
