Our Blake Signature Hiking Backpack has a 21-liter capacity, making it perfect for day hikes and everyday adventures. It's spacious enough for essentials without being bulky.
How do I care for my EYOS backpack?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Use a soft brush for stubborn stains. Air dry only and avoid direct sunlight. Don't use bleach or harsh detergents.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the domestic US takes 3-5 business days after shipping. Please use the link provided in your shipping email to track your order!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship our products to the 50 US states and Washington D.C. We hope to offer international shipping in the future -- please check back for updated shipping information!
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please send an email to support@eyosbrand.com immediately. We can only make changes if your order hasn't shipped, so please double check that all order and contact information is accurate before you make your purchase!
How much does shipping cost?
For orders under $200, we offer flat rate standard shipping for $8.99. For orders of $200 or more, we are excited to offer free standard shipping!
Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your EYOS gear as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery (as postmarked). All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For backpacks specifically, water bladders must remain sealed in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including return labels. Once our team inspects and approves your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, log into your account, find your order, and select "Request Return." Follow the prompts to complete your return request. Once your request is approved, you'll receive instructions for sending your items back.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. For a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning your unwanted item and placing a new order. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return to ensure it meets our qualifications, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
