Refund policy

At EYOS, we want you to love your gear as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days after delivery (as postmarked)
  • All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached
  • For backpacks specifically, water bladders must remain sealed in their original packaging
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • You may use the carrier of your choice to return your items
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return can be verified
  • Please keep your tracking information until your return is processed

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, the best approach is to:

  • Return your unwanted item through our standard return process
  • Place a new, separate order for the item you want
  • This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible while your return is being processed

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a return request
    • Click the profile icon in the store's menu or click this link to access your account
    • Log in to your account:
      • Enter your email address in the "Email" field, then click "Continue"
      • Check your email for a six-digit verification code
      • Enter the verification code on our site
    • Click "Request return" for the order you want to return
    • For multiple items, select which ones you want to return
    • Select a return reason and add any additional notes
    • Click "Request return"
  2. Ship your return
    • Once your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with our return address
    • Package your items securely in their original packaging
    • Ship your package using your preferred carrier
    • Keep your tracking information until your return is processed
  3. Receive your refund
    • Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, you'll receive an email notification letting you know if your return has been approved
    • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Process

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your returned items, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
